I received my Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Indiana University School of Law in 1974. After many years in private practice, my family moved to Florida in the 1990’s and I became more involved in the community as a speaker, writer and educator. Over the years, my interest in strategic business and estate planning for families has evolved to actively integrate family pets into the planning process. As an active member of the Indiana State Bar, I continue to provide legal, strategic and financial consultation to clients in numerous states. I am active with a number of non profit organizations in Southwest Florida, where I reside with my wife, Connie and our two year old Cavalier King Charles Cocker Spaniel, Anna.
